You're More Imaginative Than You Think

People tend to think we're all more imaginative as children. That's not really true. We're all very imaginative in our day to day. However, as you transition from child to adult, your imagination tends to become monopolized by stress. Instead of dreaming of castles and dinosaurs, our imagination become preoccupied with how much traffic there's going to be or how bad this presentation might go.

Take back control of your imagination and practice envisioning the positive outcome you want. What kind of feelings do you want others and yourself to walk away with? What's an image that portrays these feelings? Try it out. You'll find yourself less stressed out.
